Dogs need protein!!! Why are your treats Vegan?
The topic of whether dogs should be fed a vegan diet is a controversial and complex one. While some people believe that it is possible for dogs to be healthy on a well-planned vegan diet, the majority of veterinarians and experts agree that dogs are omnivores and have evolved to thrive on a diet that includes both animal and plant-based foods. Our Products treats, are intended to be only complementary to a well-balanced and regular diet of your dog. You are entirely responsible for ensuring that your dog is properly cared for.
Keep in mind, what we sell at Puppers Pastries are treats. Specifically we focus on allergen friendly treats. Our taste tester Kane for example has multiple allergies, first vet recommendation to cut out of his diet? Poultry, then gluten. Do you know how many foods/treats out there have these two ingredients? Lots.
When menu planning and coming up with recipes, we tried to use and incorporate ingredients that 99% of canine companions can eat. That is why all our treats are both Vegan, Gluten Free and contain no preservatives.
What is the cancellation policy if I want to cancel a subscription?
You can prevent your subscription from auto-renewing upon prior notice (the “Notice of non-renewal”). The notice must, in such case, be received by us at least seven (7) days prior to the fifteenth day of the calendar month at the end of your then-current subscription period.

We are pretty to get along with, there’s a lot of fancy wording…but just flip us an email with some time to not bake your order is all we ask.
Can I get a subscription box for a gift to give someone?
Absolutely!!! We are pleased to offer the option to gift a box with our Prepaid Subscription Plans. Prepaid Subscription Plans do NOT auto-renew. When purchasing a subscription box as a gift, you will pay the Subscriptions Plans cost for the full term up front, plus the total monthly shipping costs per month for the full term of the Subscription Plan you have selected. At checkout, be sure to enter your gift recipient’s address.

What if my dog still can't eat your treats because of his allergies?
Contact us. We will gladly work with you and your dog to come up with a plan and a recipe that will work. Our passion is to bring special treats to our special canine friends, regardless of their allergies.
Read our about us page, especially the “Meet Kane” part about some of our struggles with Kane’s diet and allergies. We will make sure no dog is left out.
How much notice is required for a Birthday Bundle or Cake?
The more notice the merrier!! 7 days would be preferred to give us time to plan but also we may have questions for you too. Maybe a special colour icing is needed? We make our colouring out of natural ingredients, so if it’s a tricky colour you want we may need sometime to figure it out.
